- Board resolution – to ratify the decision of the Board to authorise an Independent Examination of the Trust’s accounts for 2011/12, accept the Independent Examiner’s report, adopt the accounts of the Trust as presented and authorise the Board to re-engage the Independent Examiner for the 2012-13 Financial Year.
- Election of board – four candidates have been nominated: Phil Brown, David Farrell, Steve McCarthy and Andy Munro. Since there are fewer candidates than places available on the Board there will be not be a ballot but each candidate will be put before the meeting for the approval of members.
