Prostate Cancer UK Shirt 2 Work Day – Friday 7 August 2015

One of our readers, Daniel Pentland, is a charity sports writer for Prostate Cancer UK and has been tasked with organising a ‘Shirt 2 Work’ day to help raise awareness of Prostate Cancer and raise funds for the charity.

On Friday 7 August 2015 with the new Football season upon us, Prostate Cancer UK would like football fans across the country to attend work in their favourite football club colours and make a small donation to Prostate Cancer UK.

Below is a poster containing donation details and he has asked us to help raise awareness of this event. All donations can be made direct to Prostate Cancer UK through his “just giving page” at https://www.justgiving.com/Daniel-Pentland/ and text donations can also be accepted by texting YCFC87 with a space and the donation (eg YCFC87 £1) to 70070.

Blues Trust is delighted to support the Shirt2Work event, and we would like to encourage as many Bluenoses as possible to support this initiative by wearing football shirts to work on Friday 7th August, in return for donations to the charity.
