Acquisition of more shares in Birmingham City Plc

On 24th January this year we told you that we had acquired some shares in Birmingham City PLC to become one of the minority shareholders in the Club.

Since then, another Blues fan has very generously gifted his block of shares to the Trust and gone on to becoming a Trust member.  In the pipeline, we may have yet another block of shares that are being made available to us.

If you have some shares that you don’t want and maybe deem them to be of little value, why not consider gifting them to the Trust?  We don’t currently have any spare cash to buy any more but by considering a gift to us, at least they would come to a good home.  We can make a share transfer form available and look after all the documentation.

The total number of shares that we will own, immediately after the above, will only be a drop in the ocean, but being a shareholder entitles us to attend shareholder meetings of the Club.

You only need one share to attend a board meeting. Why do you need more?
