Birmingham City Player of the season 2016/17: Who gets your vote?

12 Apr 2017 | 1 comment

The Club has announced that this year’s player awards from supporters groups can be presented on the morning of Wednesday 19th April at St Andrews.  We apologise for the short notice of this but can confirm that Blues Trust will be  presenting  a “Player of the Season” trophy to a player of your choice.

To the right, is a list of the top 12 players where you can cast your vote.  It is in order of the number of player appearances, as per the Derby match-day programme (i.e. excluding the match against Derby). It includes Cup matches, but ignores substitute appearances, and players who have left permanently or who are out on loan.

We’re sorry that we dont have a lot of time to manage the poll and the cut-off date will have to be this coming Saturday 15th April 2017 at noon.

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

The cost of the trophy will be met by the Trust but we understand that some members may wish to contribute towards it.  If you would like to contribute, please click on the “Donate” button below.

The trophy will again be made by Neil Grant at Crescent Silver in the Jewellery Quarter, who also made previous year’s trophies for us.  We feel it’s great to be able to give a trophy that has been made in Birmingham by a Birmingham City supporter.
