The news from Blues of players leaving is how football works and we look forward to the rebuilding over the summer. Thanks for service and good wishes go to all those leaving.
However I feel Jacques is worth a special mention. He was a free transfer who turned in many memorable performances and goals and in 2017/18, when the team was struggling, he stood out as the player with the guts to keep going and keep performing which makes him one of my personal favourites over the years.
The photo shown was taken just after we had presented Jacques with the Blues Trust Player of the Season in 2017/2018.
