Chris Skudder (a broadcaster, journalist, and former sports presenter for Sky News and Sky Sports News and a lifelong supporter of BCFC) has done an interesting interview with Niels De Vos, a leading sports administrator who is also a Birmingham City fan.

Niels De Vos talked about the importance of trust in an organisation and said that Karanka would only succeed if he is trusted. He also talked about the need for a football club to be in touch with its fans and said that it would be good to have a fan representative on the board.
