  2. download, print-off and complete an application form here and either email it to admin@bluestrust.org or post to the following address:

This facility might not always be fully available but our contact number is 0777 39 543 77. Please first send a text to that number, so that we can be sure of availability, and give a time when it would be convenient to call. Please have your credit/debit card to hand. Payment will be taken through our payment processor or via our PayPal account.
Cash is not our preferred method of payment but if this is the only way that you can deal with this, then you can meet up with one of our team at St Andrews by arrangement.

Alternatively you can send us an email to admin@bluestrust.org and one of our members may be able to meet you, perhaps outside St Andrews on a match day.

First, please download, print and complete an application form here and bring it with you when meeting up.

There is a further alternative where you could ask a relative or friend to sign you up and make a payment for you using the on-line facility.
