FSA: Premier League games moved at 12 days notice

9 May 2022

The place of matchgoing fans in the priorities of the football authorities was revealed again this week when two games in the Premier League’s penultimate weekend were moved with just 12 days notice. As an added bonus, the kick-off changes created yet another clash between big games in the men’s and women’s calender.

Manchester City’s visit to West Ham United on Sunday May 15th was moved to a 2pm kick-off and Brentford’s trip to Goodison Park to play Everton was swapped to the 4.30pm slot leaving travelling fans out of pocket once more.
