FSA: New Independent Football Ombudsman Promises “Evidence-led” Reviews
Sometimes supporters have to raise complaints against their clubs, or clubs they visit as away fans, with varying degrees of success – but one avenue supporters can pursue, if they’re unsatisfied with the outcome of those complaints, is the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO).
Sadly fans too often believe they have no recourse and aren’t aware the IFO even exists. But if a complaint to your club fails to get the response that you’d hoped for, then you need to speak to the IFO whose chief ombudsman is appointed by the Premier League, the FA and the EFL.

After witnessing the behavior of the stewards at the end of the Sheffield United game where small children couldn’t see their heroes ,it needs a governing body to oversee the companies football clubs employ to steward games and have a complaints procedure because the stewarding at St Andrews his sub standard
