BCFC: Away Ticket Allocation

25 Apr 2024

Social media has been awash over the past couple of days with concerns  about the allocation of tickets for the match at Huddersfield on Saturday. Specifically, it has been reported that some loyal supporters who regularly travel to away games have been denied the opportunity to attend because tickets have instead been given to Official Supporters Club members outside of the long established allocations policy.

Concerns have also been voiced at an apparent lack of transparency from the club regarding the matter.

It is unclear what the scale of the issue is, but it is certainly an unwelcome distraction for many fans ahead of, arguably, one of the biggest away games for Blues in recent years.

The Trust will be seeking clarification from the club about what has happened, and also how away tickets will be made available next season in a way that has fairness and transparency at its heart.
