Thank you to everyone who responded to the Trust’s recent survey on the proposed closure of Bordesley railway station and its potential impact for Blues supporters on match days. There were 182 responses in total and the main messages from the survey results are shown below…..
Thank you to everyone that has responded, so far, to the recent survey concerning the potential closure of Bordesley railway station. Almost 150 people have done so, and a great deal of information has been provided.
Many Blues fans were taken aback on Tuesday when the club announced match day prices for the 2026/27 season. Without any prior consultation or the offering of an explanation, inflation busting increases for many were revealed in individual emails sent to existing season ticket holders
Bordesley station’s future has been in some doubt for quite a while now, and in February the Department for Transport launched a formal consultation on Network Rail’s plan to close the station.
Hoppy’s family have asked that details of his funeral arrangements are shared as widely as possible because of his close affinity with the Club and so many Blues supporters.
