FSA: Pitch Invasions Back In The Spotlight

24 Apr 2023 | 1 comment

Every season we help fans who are surprised at the severity of punishment for pitch invasions or pyro use as they seek further legal advice. They didn’t know they would be prosecuted, have to surrender their passport regularly (see: Football Banning Order) and face a long club ban. It’s heart-breaking to hear.

Why are smoke bombs being referred to as flares. There is a huge difference between the two? Pitch invasions will always happen on the last day of the season whether its a good natured one or a board out protest.
