BCFC: Letter From Garry Cook, CEO

The Trust would like to share with you a letter from Garry Cook, on the matter of Birmingham City merchandise. Apparently there has been an unprecedented demand and many fans have been unable to buy the merchandise because of a lack of stock. You can view the full text of his letter at this link on the bcfc.com website.

Hi mr Cook, is Craig Gardner doing is job, We need strikers defenders midfielders and nothing is coming in, what are you doing, if Craig did go over to Holland he would have got that player, come on guys shake things up
I know the world has moved on since you made your comment yesterday David, and we do indeed have another forward now, but I couldn’t disagree more with your view.
I think the recruitment has been excellent so far this time around. And getting players in early has surely helped with preparations for the season? Of course there are areas that could be strengthened. John Eustace has said that himself on more than one occasion recently. But I think we should acknowledge the work of the recruitment team and trust them to get on with the job before the transfer window closes next week.
